1. Service Commitment
Koraya delivers daily affirmations, mindfulness prompts, and curated rituals intended for personal reflection. The experience is inspirational content, not medical or therapeutic advice.
By using the app you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and understand that any wellness decisions you make remain your sole responsibility.
2. Acceptable Use
Help us keep the space calm and respectful. You agree not to misuse interactive areas, disrupt services, or attempt to reverse engineer our software.
– Only upload or submit content you have the right to share.
– Do not automate access, scrape data, or probe infrastructure for vulnerabilities.
– Respect other users; harassment, hate, or spam results in immediate removal.
3. Accounts, Purchases & Updates
Certain features may require a Firebase-backed profile. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and notifying us of any unauthorized use.
We may introduce paid offerings in the future; those will have clearly stated renewal terms, refund windows, and local tax treatments. We can change product features at any time to improve the service, but we will always aim to notify you before making material changes.
4. Liability & Governing Law
Koraya is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the fees you paid (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes will be resolved in Brisbane courts.
Privacy Policy
1. Data We Collect
We capture the essentials needed to deliver personalised affirmations: account profile details, favourite selections, notification tokens, and basic device analytics. Crash diagnostics may be processed by Firebase and similar vendors.
2. How We Use Information
Data powers the daily affirmation rotation, push notification scheduling, and aggregated product research. We do not sell your information. Limited, de-identified insights may be shared with coaches and content partners to improve the practice.

– Send optional reminders or new ritual announcements.
– Diagnose performance issues and prevent fraud.
3. Your Choices & Rights
You can update or delete your profile directly in the app or by contacting us at support@koraya.app. You may opt out of marketing notifications in settings, and you can request a copy of your data at any time.
4. Data Security & Retention
We rely on Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and secure cloud storage with encryption in transit and at rest. Only staff who need data to operate the service receive access.
We keep your information while your account is active and for up to 12 months afterward to comply with legal obligations. Backups are purged on a rolling basis.
